Return Policy
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected if, for any reason, you wish to return an item.
Before deciding to return an item please be aware that some of our products have a rustic, worn or distressed finish. Requested personalised products can only be returned if faulty.
Our products are for decorative use only, and are not suitable for children.
The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 gives you the right to a cooling off period of 7 working days starting the day after you receive the goods.
If you wish to cancel the order, you must give us the following information, by email, within 7 days:
Your name, address, order number and reason for return (e.g. damaged, received incorrect item, etc), replacement item (if applicable).
We will issue you with an e-mail to confirm the details of your returned item.
You are responsible for returning goods to us at your own expense. If we made an error with your order, or the item is damaged and you request a replacement, we will reship at no extra cost to you.
They must be in their original condition and you must take reasonable care that they are not damaged in transit. We recommend you send them by recorded delivery or other secure method.
Once received, we will arrange a refund within the next 14 working days.
If the replacement is not due to our error, we will deduct our reasonable costs of the shipping from your refund. If the replacement value is of a higher price, we will require payment in full of the balance before shipping the order.
